Visual Testing

Visual Testing (VT) is the observation of a test object, either directly by looking at it or indirectly by using optical instruments, to evaluate the presence of surface anomalies and the object's conformance to a specification.

Many aids and tools can be used to enhance the ability to visually inspect a part such as illumination, mirrors, magnification, gages, and borescopes, 3angles utilizes these tools when visual testing is required as part of the inspection procedure.
